Do conversations with your child or teen often end in frustration or conflict? Is your child struggling with anxiety, emotional regulation, perfectionism, low self-esteem, or overwhelming emotions? Parenting through these challenges can feel exhausting, leaving you unsure how to help or how to reconnect as a family.

I provide individual counseling for children and teens as well as family counseling. For children and teens, I help clients navigate anxiety, emotional regulation, perfectionism, self-esteem, behavior challenges, and major life transitions. I also work with families as the primary focus of treatment, helping them address ongoing family conflict, parenting challenges, life transitions, and communication difficulties. Family therapy offers a space for everyone to be heard, strengthen relationships, and work toward lasting change. Whether we're working with an individual or the family as a whole, together we'll build healthy coping skills, increase emotional resilience, and foster confidence in a supportive, encouraging environment.

With a background in school counseling and years of experience supporting children, teens, and families, I use an integrative approach that combines Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Family Systems Therapy. Every treatment plan is tailored to your unique needs and goals, whether I'm working with an individual or the family as a whole. For those who desire it, I also incorporate faith into the counseling process.

If you're looking for child counseling, teen counseling, family counseling, or support for anxiety, emotional regulation, perfectionism, parenting concerns, or family conflict, you don't have to navigate it alone. Together, we'll build practical tools, strengthen relationships, and create a path toward greater peace, confidence, and emotional wellness.
